Nick joined the Visintainer Group as an Investment Advisor in 2022. In this role, he is responsible for both new business opportunities and strategy development for new and existing client relationships. Additionally, Nick plays an active role in property valuation, research, and transactions. With a commitment to prioritizing clients’ needs and seeking out optimal opportunities, Nick thrives on assisting clients achieve their short-term and long-term investment goals.

Nick, born and raised in Fresno, graduated from Bullard High School and California State University Fresno’s Business Administration degree with an Option in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics. Prior to Fresno State, Nick played baseball at Fresno City College, where he received the Len Bourdet Award, and California State University, Monterey Bay. In his spare time, you can find Nick on the golf course, watching sports or catching a newly released movie.
