Davis Culy

Davis joined Visintainer Group’s Commercial Investment Advisory team in 2023. His focus is to aid clients with strategies during the acquisition, hold, disposition, or 1031 exchange of assets. Furthermore, Davis actively implements market research of data and direction to provide clients with successful outcomes. 

Prior to entering the commercial real estate space, Davis accumulated seven years of legal experience in law firms and most recently in-house at DaVita Kidney Care, a Fortune 500 company. He has a strong history of providing diligence in contract management, precision through research, and establishing trust while driving favorable results. While at DaVita, he grew his interest in commercial real estate by partnering with their internal team that provides advice pertaining to opening new dialysis facilities.

Davis, born and raised in Fresno, graduated from Liberty University with a Political Science degree. On weekends, you can find him outdoors hiking, skiing, or catching a concert.
